Constructed of olive drab wool, the obverse bearing semi circular oak leaf wreath executed in golden yellow celleon wire, surrounding a central aluminum tri colour cockade with a red wool centrepiece, the reverse retaining an intact black rayon liner, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), a scarce insignia to Officer and Admiral ranks in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
