A round medal constructed of silver, the obverse shows the monogram GV (Georg Viktor) in Fraktur style under a ducal crown, the reverse centre presents the inscription FR VERDIENST, crossed silver swords, measuring 31. 43 mm, hang between the medallion and eyelet, silver hallmark of a star stamped on top outer edge, the medal measures 30. 39 mm in
