Made from Chardonnay and Savagnin, using the Methode Rurale (also known as ptillant naturel), the simplest and most natural way to make sparkling wine. 40 months lees maturation in bottle, extremely low SO2, and zero dosage at disgorgement. A natural wine traces of sediment remain. Vegan friendly.
