The skinsy component adds a nice fat lemon jube texture without any cloy or caramel. Delicate overall, totally satisfying. Produced from vines averaging 35 years old, Zarate's estate wine is based on minerality and acidity, the combination of Salnes valley Granite and Albario's coastal zip producing a fresh, elegant, balanced wine. Fruit is hand picked, sorted by the bunch in
