Its made by steeping the flowers of the gnpi plant in alcohol. This liqueur has a complex herbal flavour with notes of elderflower and chamomile. Grand Rubren harvests gnpi by hand in the middle of summer. The maceration and distillation process is slow and natural, capturing the flavour of the Alpine plant. Pale green gold in colour, gnpi liqueur is a unique addition to your liquor
