Accompanied by its paper packet of issue, inscribed "MINISTERUL APRRII NATIONALE" (National Defence), "S. S. I. A." and "MEDALIA "CRUCIADA IMPOTRIVA COMUNISMULI" " (Crusade Against Communism Medal) on the front and "Monetria Nationale" (National Mint) on the back, crinkled and creased, packet fine.
