A Cased 1939 Victors Badge Of The District Level National Trade Competition Badge Newly Listed he found that the lineA 1939 Kreissieger badge in its original case of issue; 2nd type; constructed of bronze and black, white, cream coloured, and pebbled red enamels; the obverse constructed of a circular oak leaf wreath with a cream coloured centre, inscribed Kreissieger on the top and dated 1939 on the bottom, with a national eagle with outstretched wings superimposed in the centre, clutching a cogwheel in its talons with a HJ diamond in the centre; the reverse left
