Havilah Shiraz Malbec 2020 bierzo with the Bourboulenc injecting aMatured in French oak for 15 months. Opaque black dark red core with a bright purple red hue. Fragrant red liquorice and red plum scents infused with fresh herbs are trailed by earth and spicy pepper notes. Light, vibrant and elegant the palate is delicately fruited with red plum and red liquorice. Wild herb and spicy earth characters lie underneath. Slightly dryish tannins finishing with plenty of freshness.
