Aromas complex, perfumed notes of citrus and fresh nectarines balanced by toasty French oak and a savoury cashew character from barrel fermentation. The palate is full bodied and complex. Stone fruits and honeydew melon flavours lead to a creamier rounded mid palate of peach, vanilla and roasted nuts, with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit and spicy French oak. This wine pairs well with white fish.
