Polished Lime Magnesite specimen. MAP213 Tumbled stones Weighs 119 gramsMAP213. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Half of a complete nodule ! Dimensions at widest points approximately 230 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm thick. Weighs 4,968 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
