A circular badge constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a red and white enameled HJ logo superimposed over two upwards facing crossed rifles on a black enameled target background bordered with a wreath of oak leaves, the reverse bearing a horizontal pinback, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code M1 63 for maker Steinhauer & Lck, Ldenscheid, measuring 25. 18 mm, weighing8. 4 g, very fine.
