Constructed of a field grey card stock binding with 54 paginated interior pages filled with handwritten and stamped entries to KARL VACHNIK, retaining a certified studio portrait of the bearer in the uniform of a Feldwebel, issued on 29 August 1940, measuring 10. 5 cm (w) x 14. 5 cm (h), the interior pages have detached from the binding and some material fatigue is evident, in very fine condition.
