Dominique Piron Brouilly 2022 Size::12 Bottle Case Soil : granite and gneissBrouilly is the largest and furthest south of the Beaujolais crus and has a good southeastern exposure, at the bottom of the Saone Valley at an altitude of 200 to 300 metres. The subsoil consists of granite debris ancient alluvium, sand stones and blue tinged schist. Its a result of a traditional method and aged in concrete tank. The vinification is medium length in order to get some structure while preserving the freshness of the fruit.
