Distillerie Mette Blackberry (Mure) 45% 500ml billecart-salmon bright and vibrant Pinot NoirWild blackberries are harvested in late summer. After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills. Our wild blackberry eau de vie is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
