Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing a multi coloured image circumscribed by an event dedication and the logo of the Allgemeiner Deutsche Automobil Club (General German Automobile Club), the reverse maker marked JOSEF PREISSLER, PFORZHEIM, perforated with three eyelets for rivet attachment to a backer or vehicle, measuring 100 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), in
