A Maltese cross constructed of gilded metal alloy; the obverse and reverse with a central metal medallion depicting the crowned royal monogram of Wilhelmus Rex; on a loop for suspension; measuring 39. 70 mm (w) x 39. 67 mm (h); mounted to its period original medal bar; with a zink core and a red wool backer; in overall better than very fine condition.
