Two pieces of black cotton sewn back to back, the black having faded over time, obverse with a white cotton runic "S" insignia, representative of the Deutsches Jungvolk (DJ = Junior Hitler Youth) sewn in place, the reverse with a stylized white cotton right facing eagle sewn in place, a hoist sleeve sewn in place on the left side for attachment to a line, 355 mm x 820 mm,
