Acacia Flowers and Elderflowers
This specific blend of Cuvee Armand & Gaston was blended with Lambik originating from three different barrels and from five different brews
the wine is bottled before fermentation finishes to trap natural bubbles
for nine months or so before bottling unfined and unfiltered
