SLOAN Near Vision Card SNS Exclusive Realistic to the eye and(7" x 9") Sloan optotype chart for near vision testing. Utilized for testing visual acuity in children as young as 36 months. Two sided chart may be handheld for pediatric patients. This near vision card features calibrated Sloan optotypes in an ETDRS format, which helps to create an accurate and equal test from beginning to end. Chart also features a 16" distance cord to maintain accurate viewing distance.
