The fall harvest is hand picked and carefully processed, removing any stalks or breakages by hand. The name "Sencha" refers to the steaming process used to create this unique tea. After steaming, the leaves are rolled and dried, resulting in a delicate and finely structured leaf. The infusion boasts a glowing, pale olive green hue with a
