Constructed of gilded bronze with silver consisting of bronze base embroidered with a period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a silver Saxon coat of arms, situated within a gilded bronze frame featuring a firemans helmet and equipment flanked by laurel and oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback
