The slope in this climat is steep and it has relatively poor water supply which causes the vine to suffer in dry years
but will pair with a lighter summer menu and is great even with fish
followed by 12 months of aging

It is dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity and fine texture. A lovely aperitif enjoyed on its own or with lighter foods such as antipasto, pt or fresh summer seafood.
