Flavour of ripe to overripe red fruit. Medium body, medium acidity, fine tannin. This wine needs time. Immediately after opening, it shows almost nothing. Open it and come back to it the next day or decant it for at least an hour or two. Have a fresh paste with tomato sauce and parmesan. No added sulphites.
