It comprises 75% Furmint, 15% Welschriesling and a bit of Harslevel. Soml is an 832 hectare wine region in Veszprm county, in the northwest of Hungary. The wines of Soml are exclusively white, and this has historically been home to the most highly prized dry white wines of the Pannonian region. It is also the traditional wedding wine of the Habsburg family. The majority of
