This skirt is made from two layers of PVC with ruched sections getting lower in the back and higher in the front

The sizing for this corset is smaller than most "off the rack" corsets since with the steel boning you can expect a 1-3" reduction to your waist with a 1-3" gap in the back

We've made these pants pretty long with a slim fit so that they can be worn either over boots or heels
