You can feel the aromas of ripe quinces, mangoes, citrus, which are complemented by vanilla, mint, caramel. Gentle, fruity in the mouth, subtle tannins are felt. Served as a whimsical, but perfect with tortillas, duck dishes, cheese, dark chocolate.
