Fowles Stone Dwellers Riesling 2023 marsanne From a warm yearWinemaking The grapes were picked from block 13. 5 of our Upton Run vineyard on 24 March 2023. Only free run juice from the first gentle press was used to preserve fruit and acid purity. The wine was fermented using a selected cultured yeast which enhances aromatics and elegant structure, while the stainless steel tanks ensured a clean, fresh Riesling.
