The resulting long, cool ripening period allowed for the grapes to develop complex and intense flavours, whilst maintaining freshness and bright acidity. COLOUR Straw yellow with green hues. BOUQUET Lifted aromas of pear, white nectarine and grapefruit with hints of walnut and
