In Gold, an oblong Latin Cross, exhibiting a finely enamelled white field with red borders, displaying detailed Gold royal crowns in each quadrant, centre obverse inscribed by Danish inscription GUD OG KONGEN (God and the King) on its arms, reverse presenting the institution date, 1219 on the 9 oclock arm, the re institution date, 1671 on the 3 oclock arm, the
