Constructed of silvered zink, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, the obverse depicting a six leaved rosette, surrounded by a laurel wreath tied together at the bottom via a ribbon, surrounded by a ribbed border, the reverse with a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 49. 80 mm (w) x 49. 78 mm (h), weighing 22. 6 grams, missing its hinge and pinback,
