Then we go into a world already more standard to expectations. Sweet spices (cinnamon and ginger), dried fruits with grapes, nuts, some citrus peels. We find a malty and slightly grassy side, then we find a buttery tone. All this being perfectly surrounded by a present but subtle oily peat. A saline side also emerges.
