Signed note, inscribed and dated in 1968, nicely matted with a photograph of him, showing him in front of an orchestra. Total size is 12 x 16 inches, actual note is 5. 4 x 3 inches, photo is 8. 9 x 7. 4 inches (visible window size), crack over the upper right corner, everything else in excellent condition.
