A prisoner of war (POW) trench art plaque, constructed of dark stained wood, the obverse bearing a hand carved depiction of the Panzer Assault Badge executed in high relief and with exceptional detail, situated within a hand carved rectangular frame, unmarked, measuring 25 cm (w) x 29 cm (h), a truly unique memento of a Wehrmacht servicemans time in captivity in extremely fine condition.
