A well preserved Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League RLB) Leaders visor cap, constructed of blue grey wool with a subtle whipcord weave. It features reinforced side walls fully lined on the exterior with a black wool cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the band are trimmed with silver aluminum wire piping, while an additional length of identical piping borders the outer edge of the
