Le Domaine D'Henri Chablis 1Er Cru Fourchaume 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case spice and a long lingeringThe archetype of classic Chablis, it possesses a solid structure as well as a generosity characteristic of the more clayey terroir of this climate. The 2023 vintage comes from various vineyard sites in Vaupulent, Fourchaume, and Homme Mort. The grapes were hand harvested and sorted, fermented with indigenous yeasts on fine lees, and then vinified 30% in 600L oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks. After 22 months of aging, the wine is bottled. A
