Federal Aero XL Rim low profile headset The Unit Brake is aFederal Aero XL Rim Black Anodized 36 Hole The new Federal Aero XL rim is made from the same AL6066 Aluminum as the Stance XL rim & is also 40mm wide. With most riders now being brakeless we decided to utilize an oval design to create our strongest rim to date. Due to the additional depth of the oval shape it also makes it more resistant to flat spots from heavy landings than a traditional rim. New teardrop design increases strength & reduces flat
