The 2013 is a single vineyard wine sourced from very low yielding 35 year old vines (less than a tonne per acre) at Mount Duneed Estate in Geelong. The fruit was picked by hand, destemmed and left to macerate for eight days before fermentation in 500 litre open vats with daily
