Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended material, the exterior bearing a white cotton rayon disc overlaid by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 20 cm (w) x 10 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating minor soiling, in near extremely fine condition.
