A rectangular postcard with the image of a ship on the water with a mountainous background and some coastal houses
depicting a variety of images including shots of Wehrmacht personnel in the field with an array of decorations and uniforms clearly visible
in black case of issue (with hand written "Vassen 1942" inside of the lid (case good/fine condition)
Both straps complete in functional gilded magnetic metal loops with functional spring catches
France, Ii Empire. An Expedition To Mexico Commemorative Medal 1862-1863 Newly Listed missionary work(Mdaille commmorative de l'expdition du Mexique). Instituted in 1863. In silver, engraver marked "BARRE" on the obverse, hallmarked with an eagle's head on the reverse, measuring 30 mm (w) x 34. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, exhibiting edge nicks and spotting, original ribbon with an embroidered design bearing the Mexican eagle with snake, better than very fine.
