Mandarin bursts through in the mouth with grapefruit pith lolling along the palate intertwined with the steely minerality that leaves the mouth fresh. The low alcohol content makes this a perfect lunch time wine or an evening aperitif accompanied with cheese and simple poached fruit. This wine will age far into the future.
