After gentle pressing the wine was matured in a combination of 25% new and seasoned French hogsheads for 9 months

It’s big and bold in its colour showing off a vibrant crimson hue

Printhie 'MR' Sauvignon Blanc pizzini with peachHarvested at peak fruit intensity whilst retain fresh acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeast at lower temperatures (mid teens) then letting the temperature to rise late in ferment to produce some thiol aromatics for complexity. Bottled early for freshness.
