50's Blue Velvet Platter Hat yves Vintage 1970s classic Hip Hugger1950's blue velvet mushroom brim platter hat. Downward curving brim is edged with a lighter blue satin ribbon. The crown is almost flat with a tiny self bow on the side. Underneath has the wired edge place cap with a fabric lining. No label. There are some condition issues. Crown has 3 tiny pin holes which can only be seen when holding up to the light. The velvet fabric has some rubs along the downward fold. My pricing reflects these areas of damage.
