This knee length tutu features a pretty deep blue bodice with laced pattern and white undershirt, floral decorations and puffy tulle short sleeves. The tulle Romantic skirt has been hand dyed with gradient shades of blue, plus decorated with a little apron and blue silk pink ribbons on the edges of the costume. Custom made. Delivery
