Cute with some jeans (bells would look GREAT!), a dress or flowy skirt. Super versatile and unique! Made in Italy, these shoes are leather, and feature a tricolor strap over the foot with a navy blue back and buckle strap. There is elastic at the buckle, and it is still fairly stretchy. I am guessing they are
