60’s Black Straw Pillbox Hat NWT by Valerie Modes blue grey browline one quarter dollar sized markDeadstock hat from the 1960's still wearing the tag. Body is a low black straw pillbox style topped with large folds of stiff white fabric. Underneath the fabric is a thick black netting which is barely visible. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon. I will add an elastic placement band you can add to the interior ribbon for placement security. Label is Valerie Modes and Adjustable Head Size.
