90's Yellow Plaid One Shoulder Dress cape These are in excellent conditionThe dress is made of cotton and gives a nice wiggle dress shape. It is one shoulder with a big ruffle going around the top. The ruffle is stretchy, so there is plenty of give to fit lots of upper sizes. It is a yellow and black plaid with a zipper up the side. The dress measures. 40 cm across the chest unstretch, 37 cm across waist, 46 cm across hips, 100 cm long.
