Based on an original wax carving that was then recreated in 3D software before being cast as a sterling silver hollow sphere

This piece represents the still elegance of the heron perched near the waterlilies that she loves so much

and handmade decals

then fused at 1500 degrees F to create a clock reminiscent of classic 50s and 60s design

The negative was processed, then scanned to create a large resolution file. The image was printed on Epson's fine art exhibition paper using archival inks. Image is matted on four ply museum board.
