70’s White Eyelet Lace Ruffle Trim Blouse by Tumbleweeds 70s blouse retro The Cuffs have one button70s Victorian style blouse by Tumbleweeds. White eyelet fabric is just slightly sheer and made of a cotton polyester blend. Button front blouse has a scoop neck with an eyelet ruffle that goes from the back of the neck down the front to just under bust level.
