Gorgeous lightweight rayon nylon blend jersey fabric with an overall black line print as pictured. Smocked elastic waist (1" wide) stretches to accommodate many waist sizes. V neckline with pleated front shoulders, and wrist length sleeves. Unlined. Pulls on over the head with no zippers or buttons.
