The strap is made of straw with colored plastic flowers decorating the top. The heels are yellow and the right inner heel have a nic in it. They are made in Italy. The shoes are marked 8 1 2 N with a heel of 3" and an insole of 25 1 2 cm. Vintage can run 1 2 size smaller than modern sizes.
